    with the 25million at 2.8c, it will take a day or 2 of consistent buying at that pricepoint to break thru it.. it is there to deter and perhaps shakes some smaller investors to drop their stock at 2.7-2.6 etc.. then the same insto that has a sell at 2.8 will hover up some cheaper stock at those levels..
