That’s my biggest fear that they have dangled the carrot with the promise of a big 4th quarter so that shareholders participate in a CR. If they only projected 2.5 or so I’m not so sure the cr offer would be taken up by a lot of shareholders (such as yourself). So in a roundabout way it’s in shareholders best interest that the carrot is dangled to keep this company liquid. I truly hope this is not the case however I am not as trusting anymore given recent events! Still bullish long term
