Interesting comments on the honey market and product distribution. Honey is for sale is at most 'Farmers Markets' it is a products that many consumers with an organic leaning like to buy direct from producers. The honey products at 'Farmers Markers ' is expensive but usually top quality.

I suspect there is an increase small beekeeper production of honey. It is an interesting and profitable sideline for many small farmers. CZZ provide a collection service for these small producers and pay a top price!

CZZ seem to have an interesting business model not easily copied !
