Let's assume an increase in dividend to say .45cents. That would be a 17% increase on last year. A yield of 4% would be approximately $11.00. At your target of $19.00, dividends would need to double. IMHO Capilano needs to justify its on going price with a solid dividend. Given the massive uptick in the last 18 months, this seems highly unlikely. Any guidance which does not point to a massive profit increase will not be treated well IMO.
