You may well be right, but again (to a point I made on another thread) is it likely that the report will nonethless be pushed until the noses of instituations between now and then (ie before release)?
I'm guessing MS is staying in Europe for a reason (assuming he is), but either way the SP will need sustained buying over the next two weeks to hold it up if the delay is indeed that long.
