Whilst I don't have any facts to disagree or agree with your comments, I personally dont think it will matter over the longer term. Even for those that paid 4c today.

These bursts are great for day traders but find it hard to believe that NWE will still be at these prices when their projects come to fruition.

Capper or no capper, I really am not fussed by these short term barriers that seem to create so much ado about nothing.

I've set an alert for 10c and will take a look then
