We have been here before (many times) and sadly, we'll probably have people playing games with this stock again in the future.
I'd love to catch them and prosecute them but I don't think it will happen. ASIC are a paper tiger, next to worthless as has been proven many times.
Look at it this way.
You are already a mult-millionaire from EXT, it is a done deal you only need to do one thing, that's all. One thing.
