Given they had the MOU with the Chinese investors month's back for 3.4c when the SP was so low, I'd say it's unlikely they are going to give away the shares for a price less than that. I guess time will tell, but given the exchange of Oppies lately, and JORC on the doorstep, they'd be pretty silly to dilute at such a low price IMO.
