A fund manager is not interested in the details of the processes that the rocks need to be put through, or weather the market has been formally informed in regards to the the recovery rates that can be expected, he would rather be exposed to the upside of that or any other pleasant surprises that occur after he has skin in the game.
If a project of the quality and scale of Mulga Tank can be brought to the fund managers table before the Turbo catalyst's have been applied, and the risk averse fund manager can continue to ensure that his clients barbecues are grand affairs, where the jokes are on the great unwashed "who didn't get it" and missed their opportunity at reaching "Escape velocity" and the financial freedom that is available to only to the bold and the fortunate.

IMO jimmy, since the very start and even before the IPO , all actions including the non-actions have been in the interest of getting this project funded and making it a sought after investment from the perspective of a fund manager ,and if my opinion has merit we will, in the not too distant future, see multiple catalyst's applied, that will let this brave little company off the chain where we can play with the big boys.
This is the Bosses field of expertise so let's see how good he is by the quality of the deal.
