Hi felicity to put it simply, yes if escrowed shares are sold on market it will have an impact on SP performance in the short term. Share price sentiment however is not solely driven by such events, a wide range of reasons exist why sentiment may be positive or negative. So to answer your 2nd question, no once the escrowed shares are sold this will not mean sentiment will then turn positive.
