Hi Gardie...You have your belief, I have mine......Is it possible that the 2 parties over the last 6 months and also prior to the start of the trial....held discussions about a settlement?????when directed.....might CHM have asked for an ammount approaching Oh I dont know say 50 Mill??? might MMX have offered Substantailly less than that..say 10 mill....and no one at that time would move...because if that were possible..it might give some idea as to how much CHM actually wants...and what they might in the end settle for....Just wandering thoughts....
