Hi Gardie..I dont believe the value /substance issue is arguable...And ever so difficult... that one could take years...If you pay a dollar for a share or 2 dollars or 1 cent how can you decide what substance there is to back the price..I can pay 2.7cents for a chm share...Is there any substance there??? what if they went to 25 cents tomorrow ..what substance is there to back the new price????...I will offer you a million shares in my company for 10 cents each....you can buy them or not...Or I'l accept your company for them instead....decision is yours (or your shareholders) doesnt have to be a great investment...could be a flop.....might not be worth it..no guarantee's..

Yes they may well chase B and G personally..But I'm not too concerned about their personal loss!!!
