Not sure about hard to prove but been over that one.

Been tracking down some information and found out the following.

Amended statement of claim extends to Winterfall as Zuks statement shows they have knowledge. Has been accepted I believe by court.

Also no Barnes and no Dondas taking the stand which makes it hard for MMX to refute evidence.

Only witnesses left for MMX are its experts which I believe are about arguing value of each parties contributions.

Might be a few angry MMX shareholders out there saying Paul what are you doing. Appears he knew about share issue, has known about CHM issues and Grimaldi actions and yet decided to push on.

Might come at a rather large cost. Maybe its time the board told him to pull his head in and settle. Or it could be full steam ahead on the MMX titanic captain Paul and damn tghe icebergs !
