Great reading guys from everyone but I have to agree with some of Gardie and glyna comments.There is no way in the world that CHM will get 50% of the $800 million of the Jack Hills tenements.
CHM just has to many shady characters and under the table wheeling and dealings going on especially with Grimaldi and Barnes.
Worst case scenario, SETTLEMENT (small amount of money plus shares) which will not caues any problems to MMX and it will be buisness as usual,and CHM shareholders will probably get nothing.
