even tho the idea was pooed pooed by the woke lefty control freaks many thousands did withdraw cash on the appointed day. i know one lady who after traversing the countryside to go to a bank eventually found one in midland (a long way from where she lives) and there was a very long queue - there was a wait of about 50 minutes before she could either access a teller or a machine. she then asked the young boy if he was going to ask what the money was for - he said no none of his business and he knows where all of this is heading. the bank even offered water bottles to those in the queue.
