Meaning technicals are looking for a breakout short term any day now and MACDs RSI showing 23c is possible in the next 4 weeks. The trend indicators are actually strengthening at the 15c level with the monthly bollinger band being the only hold out but that is trending as "bullish" also and is hitting the upper BB levels.

Havent seen this in TRY since the 3 bagger run in 2016 from 25c to 75c

Ring the alarms, a serious breakout seems imminent.
