Regardless if CXY pulled out of this delimma or not, CGV would have not been affected, due to different technology and regions.

That is a very naive and biased comment.

CGV tenements are in the exact same regions as Cougars - the vast majority are in Queensland itself! The others are in Victoria (right there with Cougar) and in China (again, right there with Cougar.

If this had, for some reason, shut down UCG in Queensland, it would have certainly shut it down in the rest of Australia too, which would leave both Cougar and CGV reliant on China as the last place to do business.
