We are in a different era now.
Mineral sands market has changed significantly - no real supply coming on.
Ilmenite market in particular is looking attractive and Richards Bay - the world's largest sand mine - is still out of commission.
These forces are ' forecasted ' to occur to other commodities, but to mineral sands, it's actually happening.
Current 23 million market cap seems cheap for a possible Tier One deposit in a supply constrained market.
Target is for 5 to 7 cents.
