Don't worry - I, like ESG, am still playing the field. :)
Unresolved commercial tension (UCT) is what is going on here between DB, Alley and myself. Everyone is coming from a slightly different perspective.
- I want top dollar for ESG and believe that the best way to achieve that is, (after we thank Santos for helping us unconstrain our 2C resources into 2P reserves), for the big boys to slug it out.*
- db wants ESG to end up under the Origin stable,
- And Alley wants ESG to walk down the aisle with Santos and its GLNG friends, because he really doesn't want a conflict out in the open.
Vive la difference. That is what makes a market - we all have, as a wise man once said to me, 'difference commercial drivers'. ;)
