    So there's 11,000,000 buyers at 0.076 and have been all day, why would you wait and then put in a modest sized sell into the auction at 0.075, after the 0.077 bid appears?

    I might be dumb, but the only reasonable explanation seems to be to ensure a 0.076 close.
