    Problems with debt still remain. Potential buyers have done due diligence and won't touch it with a 12 foot pole. Must tell you something surely.

    EBITDA guidance worthless when your drowning in debt. Doesn't take much to tip it over the edge.

    My conclusion is not much has changed.
