    Mr Howson signed as CEO at almost peaked sp
    It made a few acquisitions since then, sp came down all the way.
    Were they good deals?
    Had the former owners have difficult to run already?

    Today downgraded from more than $97 to $88m, more than 11.4% downgrade.
    Plus One‐off Charge, circa $35m.

    We do not know yet whether it is able to achieve the $10m per annum
    but we know $35m cost will be there
