The notification of Mr Ward's sale of APE shares was made to the ASX on 1st June 2017...AFTER the share price plunge however the sale was actually made on May 29th... after the share price dropped so not such good timing by Mr Ward.
Interestingly, another director, George Polites actually PURCHASED more shares in APE thus...9230 on May 26th
then again on May 29,30 & 31st he PURCHASED overall, a total of approx. 28,500 APE shares.
Seems he has confidence in the auto market. It should be noted that the share price on May 23rd finished around $7.95 then dropped on May 24th....Mr Polites' s BUYS from May 26 to May 31were well timed...nothing wrong with this but shows his confidence in APE.
