She can leave now, and quit wasting capital. It's been a couple years now and no finance deal(which is why she was brought in). If there are no good deals on the table, then why is she still here? The current staff is burning money for salary expenses and is driving the company closer to bankruptcy/administration. The SP shows no support for the current company's direction.
