If both were today's presentations to investors what sp / valuations would you consider to be realistic in today's market for IMU based on Merck's deal?
Here I agree with Ben, IMU needs someone shouting it out to the world wide market and not someone supporting the ASX villains. A higher sp is justified, would have limited dilution and spared retail from going through unnecessary pain.
Eckstein and MS have been hired to do exactly that but so far we can't see any sign of them doing a great job. Maybe we see some positive signals on Tuesday or tomorrow from CHM restoreing some confidence in IMU's way of going forward as both follow the same principles.
