I think the misunderstanding is stemming from YF's comments on teeny tiny dosage levels in Ph1 meaning the CF33 is having a hard time replicating at a pace that keeps up with cancer cells established, in much larger quantities, and replicating rapidly.
The thought being, ramping up dosage will even the playing field and CF33 can do its cancer killing thang.
