Assuming Vaccinia is better in terms of safety and efficacy, then the low cost of the treatment will sell itself. One thing for sure, in countries like Australia, UK, etc where such treatment are being borne by the taxpayers, it will be a shoo-in under those individual jurisdiction Medicare scheme. Imagine if one Car-T treatment cost for one patient can now be treated for 5 patients for example, which government won't want that?! No marketing needed for sure as regulatory requirement will ensure Vaccinia is used before all else. I stress again, this is assuming Vaccinia is better in safety and efficacy of the best equivalent drug for any treatment.

In conclusion, as long as Vaccinia is at least as safe and effective than any drug out there for any treatment, low cost will have government backings and they will sell for IMU. Any other countries that do not have such luxury of a government funded treatment, well, low cost will win out again as even that, it would still cost quite a few bob to the working class citizens.
