The wrong person has been forced out of the company.
Investors clearly prefer a Rohan to navigate the future and now have very little faith in the Chairman going forward.
I can’t imagine Rohan Hockings going back, if Tribe stays on the Board.
Rohan is the heart and soul of PYC and the current Chairman probably knows FA about the science.
Rohan is considered by many institutions as the best ‘all rounder’ life sciences CEO in Australia
Chairman presents poorly and won’t be as good as a communicator.
we know it’s hard to teach old dogs new tricks .. and Tribe owns an unhealthy portion of the company if he has started losing some marbles and/or going to start throwing his ego around the Board table.
It must also be difficult to make the best strategic decisions on what’s truly in the best interest of all shareholders, if you are a control freak.
institutions will be hating this … and no doubt very direct feedback to Tribe will be going down the pipe to WA.
if Tribe knows how to read tea leaves, he should be looking for a replacement for himself before the next logical actions go public and make him look rather silly.
This setback will hopefully be remembered as a unique buying opportunity … as science looks to be brilliant to me.
