    Why does CDC need to set up business to lose money in Australia?
    IMO,shareholders should push CEO to pay dividend more than half of NPAT every 6 month,then maybe share price goes up to 5 times of  earnings per share and makes PER bigger than 5.
    IMO,an other thing needed to push CEO is to stop the more than U$15m studying for infant milk.
