    Given that Wah Nam's corporate advisor managing the takeover is also a member of the Takeovers Panel, I'd suggest the chances of you have much luck with them are minimal.

    The FIRB is the last line of defence, and given that they gave the tick last time, we might not have much hope there either.

    The regulators are not friends to minority shareholders.
