But I am perplexed that he does not seem to know much more than us on so many other points of conjecture. He obviously can't have heard about the pending farmin, or the update on the down hole RGN conditions. Of course he is absolutely aware about the quality of the financing options in front of the board.

Yes what Mr Garrett does and doesn't know is what all of us plebbs would love to know before making the decision to dive in for some more. So with Mr Garrett buying: We should all consider ourselves fully informed. As of now we all know everything a fully informed market should know.
