He had a pretty good idea there was something good in The B's BUT he also thought that the two D's would carry a $40m plant. At least he could have tested the B Sands while to rig was on site. Later to cost $1m and a lot of cortisol surging through our veins waiting for the outcome. I don't credit the current board for the B Sands success, it was just the next logical step.
Flow test is just the first step towards commercialization. The quality of the Reserve is understood through production ( D sands of GGW-1 & RG-1 results and next RGN-1).
