It is proposed that our Constitution (the highest law) be changed to give Aboriginals a “Voice” to parliament. This would be restricted on the base of race. That is racism.
Non aboriginals would not be eligible to participate in the voice, in 1939 the Jews were similarly discriminated against.

All races should be equal before the law, this isn’t a difficult concept.
