Dollars attached is one thing - dollars delivered is another. A few ASX bios with monster dollars attached in big pharma deals yet it's not evident to market - the only people that will price "big dollars" in terms of milestone potential is retail punters - milestones remain exactly that "potential" and signficant sums should the deliver. It's always been the case with big pharmas "new" strategy to mitigate risk & the majority of those milestones never see the full sum delivered as it's relevant right through all trials approval & delivery. Off the top of the head 1 ASX bio with $600M in milestones laid out by multiple top tier pharma & yet a market cap of $25M another reached an agreement in January for $3M up-front $15M in R&D funding & $340M in milestones yet it's down 50% since reaching the deal.

I'm all for Chinese will take it forward with funding but how that translates to value "now" before trials even commence i'm not so sure.
