JOHN Howard and Anna Coren may not be around to make fun of anymore but The Chaser boys have a new target for their stunt-driven comedy: The Cronulla Sharks and group sex. Tonight at 9 pm on ABC1 The Chaser’s War on Everything returns for a 10 week season and we can give you an exclusive peek at their outrageous rugby league stunt.
Listen to the audio
On Saturday night Chaser executive producer Julian Morrow gatecrashed the commentary box at the Cronulla Sharks match and hijacked the microphone.
Heavily disguised in a wig he managed to sneak in while no-one was looking and make an unscheduled announcement.
“Attention all Cronulla league players,” he said over the loud speakers which were broadcast at the grounds as well as on local radio.
“Can those people involved in the New Zealand group sex please report to the match day office so you can finally be identified.
"Please this is not an attempt to have some bizarre bondage ritual. Please report to the match day office and try and do things one at a time for a change.”
An outraged official can be heard entering the box and shouting: “That’s gone live to air… Call security now!”
