re: hey pst as far as VTI is concerned (and me as a holder) not much, initially he was helpfull with his capital (early beginings), got allocated tons of cheap shares and was one of the directors, I could not see any positive input afterwards (think he is too old)
then VTI went on the road show in UK thru UK brokers, share price shot up and he dumped 400k on market, UK got p!ssed off, share price went down like a stone
rumour is his son needed cash for buying a home but VTI kicked him out of the board
maybe he really needed the money at this time but could arrange off market transfer easily as everyone was after the shares at this time, no sensless dump at market
it could mean nothing for BQT but I thought you guys should know about it, he has good size parcell, hope he has learnt his lesson and won't be relentless seller this time
read VTI ann or my posts to see how it evolved, I am bitter as he killed a good run in no time
