I think the whole none promotion thing is likely about them trying to find some balance the last 5 moves for capital have pretty much been market highs before declining further. In my opinion that's why they've had trouble finding the backers ie. the convertible note with the huge 40% discount & then this move going back to retail. I guess hard to promote that kind of performance buuuttt things can always change :-)
