That post was in relation to IRM options and what the intrinsic value of those options were AT THAT TIME. It was not a pie-in-the-sky guestimate of the value that you are so adept at.
If you understand options at all, you would recognise that the statement re value of the options was based on what the FP shares were trading at. Not what they are today.
