I have a friend, he was a few years older than me but we have a few common connections while growing up in a regional country town.

    My home town...

I met him again tonight at a dinner party after around 8 years. My friend is in the Medical fraternity, he is an Anaesthetist in Melbourne and has been practicing for some 35 years now. I had a great ol' chat with him and while we did reminisce about our life growing up as kids and some funny stories about our past.. the main topic was.....inflammation.

Anaesthetists are medical doctors with at least five years of specialty training, in addition to medical school residency.

"Anesthesiologists evaluate, monitor, and supervise patient care before, during, and after surgery, delivering anesthesia, leading the Anesthesia Care Team, and ensuring optimal patient safety. Anesthesiologists specialize in anesthesia care, pain management, and critical care medicine".1

    Mozz notes:

A] The key words for us in the above paragraph is.......PAIN MANMAGEMENT. This is why I decided I needed an impromptu 'interview' with my childhood buddy.

B] So you finish Yr 12...you complete 6 years of Med school in Australia, you do 1 year internship and then you do a further 5 years specialisation...this is the level of study in this field.

Highly insightful chat tonight and added spades and *clears throat* RWE (Real world evidence) to my learnings over the last few years despite the fact that I'm in no way connected to the Medical line.

Yeah, we chatted Cytokines...I covered NGF and placebo effect...yeah we chatted heart failure and even natural rememdies....at the end of the day my take always were these below, I'd like to share with you tonight.

    1) The medical community certainly are not really aware or definitely not charged with, the focus of addressing inflammation in any natural ways as a generalisation.

    2) The body is darned complex!

    3) Naturally remedies can go a long, long....long way to actually making a difference to one's life. The brain is a pretty amazing place, it's capable of a lot.

    4) My friend has a wealth of experience, yes in Anaesthesia...BUT he admits, after 35 years, it's quite routine and needs to be, one mistake and a patient's life could be over. Luckily for him, he has never had a death as a direct result of a mistake. He is a good enough of a friend to be able to admit it. But this guy additionally subscribes to a number of journals from Cardio to Oncology. WHY? Because in addition to Private and Public practice, he also teaches Final Med year students. He does this to keep his relatively mundane job interesting and to keep abreast of what's going on at the forefront of medicine. He said to me, yes he is a specialist, but he is also primarily a Doctor.

Knowledgeable in his field of study? Yeah you bet. But in addition to that, he is also married; his wife is also an Anaesthetist.

My friend likened his job to a Qantas Pilot flying for 35 years, it becomes routine, its boring...but the routine keeps us safe when we fly. Qantas pilots go through mandatory yearly training regimes in order to stay current and to ensure they really know everything they need to do if the very very remote failure happens....its the same in the Anaesthesia business.

    5) Inflammation is rampant, he also stated that it is the cause of a vast array of conditions and YES, Diabetes and Heart failure along with Atherosclerosis and conditions of the brain like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's are all inflammatory driven.

    6) Yeah I mentioned a number of pathologies that pertain to us, we didn't have a heap of time as it was kinda like a reunion tonight so I couldn't spend all my time with just one pal...but it was still insightful, he knew about cytokines, he knew a lot about the OA pathologies and I even got a statement or two about HFpEF...You know me, I love to get the research I do, verified, he verified it.

I asked him if it were true, are HALF of ALL heart failures HFpEF? He said yes. I asked is it true that there are NO REMEDIES for that? Statins, Beta Blockers, Ace inhibitors etc? He agreed...

Mozz Note: For any new guys reading this - I will include a post on this HFpEF concept explaining what it is and why it has ANYTHING to do with you as brand new investor to what I deem to be one of the best investments ever (blah DYOR blah blah), in a post just below this one...IPPS is the only drug that is showing ANY efficacy against HFpEF, a FULL one half of ALL Worldwide Heart Failures are HFpEF.

Do I need to really state that again...yes I think I do...

iPPS is the only drug on the known word that can address a full one half of ALL Heart Failures...

Paradigmers...we have such a bright future ahead...this is my opinion, it isn't advice, we need more than science for this to work out for us all.

    How about a quote...

"One major study estimates there are 960,000 new heart failure cases annually".2

I even asked him about NGF, he was well versed. Despite him being very very well across all things inflammatory, even the drugs such as Tanezumab... as an example, Paradigmers, he did not know about iPPS.

We are very very much STILL under the radar here....forget about investors, we are unknown to the greater medical field!

I think we are only a year away from starting to hit real radars.

My thoughts as always, don't rely on just one poster or one stream/avenue of research.
