There was discussion on these threads
some months ago which postulated that an
up front partnership MPS payment may only
be worth 20-30 M. If that proves to be the case,
a CR would still be needed before too long.
I still say if a CR is needed, bring it on, as long
as retail shareholders are included. The
dilution in that scenario, is the lesser of 2 evils.
ie. not enough cash to get iPPS over the
regulatory line as quickly as possible.
