I am Perth based and would be interested in meeting with other Perth based Pez shareholders to discuss and consider our options going forward. The objective of such a face to face meeting would be to formulate a plan to apply maximum pressure to progress resolution of a claim for justice . As a guide matters for consideration would be :
-who carried out due diligence for IPO
-all directors involved since listed
- all fee takers involved ie accountants,auditors,lawyers etc
-role of asx asic and liquidator
- strategy to get media involved.
