I am sure China does not want to be joined at the hip of something determined to jump off a cliff nor do other countries either!!!
Surely China is smart enough to understand in a world of choice it is smarter and wiser to know when to hold and know when to fold them as a strategy than to be a dependent or reliant on another!!
