As I said in T$ last night daystocker, I think the visit by Shougang's CEO and entourage to Chile is significant. What develops shortly thereafter could well catch the rest of the market by surprise in a few months, but not us ;)
Linaker has posted on this also in HC, and Trojax in T$.
The production numbers in that recent announcement conflict with previously stated production ramp numbers, and shipping capacities. According to the ann, for Shougang alone, they would need to ramp to 200kt per month MIN as per the contract. That is a fairly interesting development.
