    They are counting heavily on the photovoltaic side of things. Last report on 26th August has AFT anticipating in the coming months that state and federal governments will converge on a 'single set of nationally consistent arrangements that will support the sustained growth of the photovoltaic sector.'

    This all relates to reduction in carbon emissions. Like it or not this federal government is intent on these reductions. Kevin Rudd has reportedly been vocal on Australia's stance in relation to tackling carbon emissions while on his latest jaunt.

    He has opened his mouth on a world stage and will now have to come up with the goods.

    The 26th August reckoning by AFT seems to be on the money. If so, we may well be ideally placed to profit from any upcoming schemes. God knows we will want to profit because this scheme will cost us and all Australians real dollars in every walk of life. But the pain of financial hardship will be worth it just for that warm fuzzy self-riteous feeling. lol

    Things could quicken right up from hereon.
