If we do lose Kipoi and handed to the Chinese then its certain most of the other leases would be cancelled as well.

If DRC want to pull that one they need to very carefully understand something.....And thats investment dollars from every other part of the globe would get a hell of lot thinner.

I believe they do understand that very well. The international investment community would be spooked for ever.

This thing has been caught up in government bureaucracy IMO. Logical understanding dictates they would fast track this process through and receive the royalties sooner while the resource boom is still hot and prices are high. Unfortunately government officials usually work at a snails pace!
