Great Wall are going great guns in utes and small 4x4 wagons despite having a checkered history in durability, rough ride etc but like Hyundai 20 years ago, the Chinese are offering 7 year warranty to counter buyer skepticism.
China manufactures 30 million vehicles per tear while the USA & Japan manufacture about 10 million each. Please note, many European & Japanese auto manufacturers are now manufacturing in the USA which is keeping the US figures up. EG: Honda, Toyota Mercedes Benz BMW etc.
