as much as i dont like foreigners buying up our land, id still prefer someone who owns their house outright than some aussie with a 800k mortgage with todays society standard that lives above their means and is only going to fold due to rising interest rates and blame government for their downfall.
this really only helps the already established/wealthy individuals since its clients to offload onto and move onto your next venture.
