This probably ties in with Dutch's statement that Danish pension funds are in financing frame for this project. The west has to come up with the money if they want to maintain the strategic hold on Greenland otherwise the other guy wins. The country needs the investment whoever it comes from. Interesting time ahead but no denying the mother lode here is a beacon to all parties
