I think it would be necessary to find out who is behind all these instrumental companies.
If Lynas thinks bond convertion it is best alternative they should find out who they are and be honest with shareholders up to the end. Last beneficiaries.
To many parts involved 49% instead of Mt Mellett and Fortress, 43%, smells. 49-43= 6%
Could it be convertible arbitrage has work perfectly until now and therefore are some compensation success fees in exchange?
