I think SYRah has a dual listing type set up in Nth America in that Over The Counter set ups. These are not Exchange Set Ups but StoreFront operations. We don't have anything like these in Australia. The Yanks disparage them as Bucket Shop 'gear' sometimes like we call penny dreadfuls.
Anyway SYR is also known to the Nth America Cash for comment Publishers of Investorintel etc and Cannaccord I think is a Canadian Operation gone global.

Anyway MNS is not on this circuit and had no 'independent authoritive expert' like Cannaccord to News Release on their BOA's for 180kts so the PR didn't hit them. Maybe MNS will just have to ante up for Cash for Comment?
